Actor Ray Romano is expanding his property portfolio with another L.A.-based estate. According to Dirt, Romano has purchased an 1940’s home in Toluca Lake that backs up to the well-known Lakeside Golf Course.
The $6 million purchase gets him 3,800 square feet of living space among four bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths. Per Dirt, the interiors of the home are long overdue for some updating, but the bones are pretty solid.
The French country-inspired home formal living and dining rooms, an eat-in kitchen, while out back, there’s a swimming pool and tennis court on property. A small guest cottage is also located near the pool.
Stephen Hampar at Hampar Properities held the listing; Romano was repped by Susan Roth of Douglas Elliman.
