Sometimes you just can’t afford to wait to buy before you sell—at least not with this inventory crunch. Tommy Lee gets it, as he’s just bought in Brentwood while awaiting a sale in Calabasas.
First, what he’s listed: After trying to offload on a few different occasions over the years, Lee re-listed his nearly 10,000 square-foot Calabasas property for $4.599 million. Featuring six bedrooms, eight baths, a recording studio with isolation booths and a control room, home screening room and personal concession bar and wine tasting quarters.
Emil Hartoonian and Nicholas Siegfried of The Agency hold the listing.
Now, where he’s headed: According to the L.A. Times, Lee spent $4.15 million for a far smaller 4,300 square-foot home in Brentwood. Lee’s new home features four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, yoga studio and greenhouse-style garden room.
Marco Rufo, also of the Agency, held the listing. Hartoonian represented Lee.
