We’ve heard of sellers throwing in furniture or art to entice buyers, but a life-size movie prop may just take the cake when it comes to originality.
Actor Tyrese Gibson has just listed his longtime Woodland Hills property for $3.5 million, according to the L.A Times. As if simply being available in today’s inventory shortage weren’t exciting enough, Gibson is reportedly willing to part with his giant replica of Bumblebee, the Transformer robot from the movie franchise, which Gibson himself stars in.
The home itself features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, as well as a home theatre and gym, all landing at about 5,200 square feet.
According to the L.A. Times, Gibson bought the property a decade ago for $1.385 million (no word on the value of Bumblebee).
Tomer Fridman and Jonathan Siegfried of Compass hold the listing.
