Actor Rami Malek is moving up, but not far. Dirt reports that Malek is leaving the longtime Laurel Canyon bungalow he shares with his twin bother and heading across the street to a 1960’s Midcentury gem.
With a modest 1,700 square feet to work with, the two bedroom, two bath property does have a pool and neighboring poolhouse, which can double as a studio space.
Previous owners have maintained the ‘60s vibe throughout, Dirt notes, with rouge carpet, funky pink and blue tiling in the bathrooms and sliding Shoji screens.
Juliette Hohnen of Douglas Elliman held the listing, while Doss Ayad of Coldwell Banker represented Malek.
