Lynsi Snyder, owner of Californian’s favorite burger chain, In-N-Out, has re-listed her palatial Bradbury mansion for $16.9 million. While it may not come with the famous In-N-Out food truck, the property is certainly not lacking in amenities.
The estate features two homes for a combined 18,687 square feet, with 11 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, movie theater, a wine cellar and tasting room. The new owner and guests can burn off those burger calories thanks to basketball and tennis courts, a two-hole golf course and the property’s own rec center.
Snyder, whose grandparents founded the fast food chain, originally listed to mansion in 2017 for $19.8 million, before pulling the option. Even at the new reduced price, it’s still the priciest property on the market in the San Gabriel Valley city.
Joseph Chiovare and Ronald Chang of Coldwell Banker Realty hold the listing.
